This is aboslutly not possible; he/she is trying to fool every one. Before retrogression, the last date to file a 485 for a EB3-Indian with PD 08/2004 was 12/31/2004. From Jan 2005 till July 2007 EB3 Inida was retrogressed for his PD. So he/she could not apply 485 in Feb 2005. The other optins could be he/she may be in EB2 catagory or a Schulde A nurse.
I was in similar time frame; So I know the date well....

I do not buy this argument because how come NSC is approving peoples I-140 filed concurrently in July-Aug 2007 or even non-concurrently filed as late as Oct 2007? How come Eb2 is moving so fast in NSC ?

What you are trying to do is twist your own agenda of getting your money back by making it as an IV goal. Hello 9years: Thanks for sharing the info all along. A quick question:
I got my EB2 Labor certified today, and now my lawyer is preparing EB2 140 as an interfile into my existing EB3 485.
Is this recommended or should we do regular premium 140 and request date porting once its approved?
If we do decide to do interfile now during 140 application. Is it advisable to do premium processing?

My attorney and company (both) received copy of Approval Notice. One thing I noticed is Priority Date on Approval Notice is my EB3 Priority Date( October 2003 ). Are you insane ? Just because we don't see what IV core/other members contribute behind the scenes, doesn't mean that we should change the IV core. I was a quite member for a while and saw, what IV was able to accomplish during the July 2007 fiasco.

We are such a minority in eyes of congress/senate, that they dont care about us.
If you've any better means to do something effective, by all means create some other organization. I don't necessarily agree with what IV pushes for all the time, but so what , they are doing something atleast.
Still, if you think you've an idea or something that can cause a real impact, share it here and i'm sure IV will accommodate you. I would be happy to see the end of this legal immigration red-tape and see the end of IV for a good cause. IV core are ppl just like us, if you want to devote more time, by all means ask IV and they will include you.

Go to Bill Pay>>Payees>>Add a Payee
You will see two options
1)Pay a company
2) Pay an Individual
Click the GO button next to Pay an Individual (without entering any information)
In the next page
You will see a small form
Payee- is the name- in whose favor the check will be made
Nickname is for your reference
In Identifying information- you can put your handle
Rest is obvious
Payee creation is one time setup
Once you have created a payee

Some benefits can be revoked automatically (I-140, I-485), some can be revoked only after determination is made by USCIS and a beneficiary is notified and has an opportunity to respond. EAD is one of the latter.
See e.g., 8 CFR Part 205 titled "Revocation of approval of petitions". It has two sections: 205.1 Automatic revocation and 205.2 Revocation on notice.

Well I believe when we are all so knowledgabel about USCIS efficiency, what do we do next?
Well lets give out a big shout to something big, get some media attention and put pressure on USCIS. Unless we still choose to visit IV to express our frusturations and then logg of this webiste and continue to our daily cores.
Lets just wake up for one more time, and do something big, phone calls, faxes does not give us a public exposure, what we need now is public exposure, I have have been saying this for a while but no one seems to give an important consideration. While IV is a big organization with 20K+ members, I haven't seen the transparency, All I have seen is tons of threads being created requesting members to donate money, However Is there any transparency in the way the money is being spent the answer is a Big NO.

But what transparency do you or we need about contribution money ?
Overall I had not seen monthly contribution going more than 2 - 3 K per month in last 3 years. And I think that would be enough to maintain the server and software cost, that too if spend very carefully. Cause we have more threads than contributions and it does costs to maintain and keep servers / Software up.
